蜜芽传媒 presenter Jill Dando was murdered in 1999 on her own doorstep.

Her brother, Nigel Dando, spoke to 5 Live Breakfast ahead of a new Netflix documentary, which re-examines old theories, but also aims to show today鈥檚 audience who Jill Dando was.

Nigel says he hopes the documentary will 鈥渟how Jill in perhaps a light she鈥檚 never been seen in before鈥�.

Nigel says the documentary shows the aftermath of the killing but also the 鈥渆xhaustive鈥� police search.

No-one was ever caught or charged for Jill鈥檚 murder.

鈥淭hat killer remains free today.鈥�

Nigel wanted to get involved in the documentary to 鈥渁ppeal to whoever might have done it鈥�.

He told Rachel Burden that the documentary might 鈥減rick somebody鈥檚 conscience鈥� and encourage them to contact police with information.
