M53 Wirral school bus crash update
North West Ambulance has declared a major incident after a school bus overturned on the M53 in Wirral.
It says one female patient has been taken to hospital suffering major trauma. Others were assessed at the scene and some have been taken to hospital in Liverpool.
The bus was taking children to both Calday Grange Grammar School and West Kirby Grammar School.
