Merseyside police have launched a campaign to urge people who know anything about gang-related crime and violence to speak out by reporting their concerns either to them or Crimestoppers.

The 鈥楽ilence is not an Option鈥� initiative is part of the force鈥檚 ongoing work to tackle serious and organised crime.
