The 20mph speed limit is being rolled out across Oxfordshire... with 234 of them now in place or coming to our towns, villages and the city.

Campaigners say it's safer because if you hit someone at 20 miles an hour there is a good chance they are going to walk away from you.

But the limits are causing a lot of frustration amongst some drivers.
