Wirral Way at 50: From coal line to country park
The Wirral Way is celebrating its 50th anniversary!
The 12 mile path is the track of an old railway line that goes from West Kirby to Hooton.
At Hadlow Road Station, the rotten and broken level crossing gates have been lovingly restored.
