A disabled man from Allestree has criticised Derby City Council鈥檚 automated call service, saying the system makes it difficult for older people to use.

Cliff Lowe is one of thousands of people who have been caught up in a five-month backlog for a blue badge. Whenever he called to fix the issue he says he couldn鈥檛 get the automated robot voice to understand.

He鈥檚 been speaking to 蜜芽传媒 Radio Derby鈥檚 Jennifer McKiernan.
