How prepared are we for the next global pandemic?

Oxford scientists were at front of the fight against Covid-19 and got the first vaccine out to the world in record time, saving millions of lives.

But what about the next threat? We could be a step closer to protection, as a group of researchers have received 拢8 million to investigate future infectious diseases.

Professor Teresa Lambe from the University of Oxford is the co-lead on the project, and spoke to 蜜芽传媒 Radio Oxford's Lilley Mitchell about what difference this money will make.
