Passenger flights have returned to normal at Luton Airport after a huge fire ripped through a multi-storey car park, causing 鈥榮ignificant structural collapse鈥�. Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service believes the fire started in a 鈥榙iesel-powered鈥� car and then spread through the building.
