Kirkup report, a year on: 'Nothing's changed'
It's been one year since the Kirkup report was published, which said 45 babies could have survived if they'd received better care from the East Kent Hospitals trust.
Victoria is a mother included in the report, she's been telling out Political Reporter Michael Keohan how she feels on year.
The report also highlighted many other failings by the Trust that led to several families suffering, including huge egos from some of the midwifery team, a lack of compassion for families affected and covering up the scale of the trusts problems.
