'I won't pay while you pollute the River Ouse'
Mike Deacon from Lewes, has been fishing in the River Ouse since the age of 5 and monitoring pollution there for the past 13 years.
Now he's stopped paying his bills to Southern Water in protest at the increasing number of discharges into the river.
