Clearing Bognor's drains in our PJ's
London Road was flooded after the wind and rain of Storm Ciarán.
Sophia Cobby reports.
Regarding the tree, Arun District Council said this. “This Indian Bean tree receives regular inspection and has been inspected today following the recent storm and is considered safe. We have not been advised that the recent flooding in London Road has been directly caused by the leaves form this tree but it is something we will raise with our contractors. Given the recent winds it is expected that a reasonable amount of leaf fall would occur and some debris may be present.”
