People living in a Quorn care home have come together to knit poppies ahead of Remembrance Day.

More than seventeen hundred poppies have been put on display after being crafted by the residents living at Lonsdale Mews.

Their 'Knit and Knot' campaign has now caught the attention of locals, and Sophia Hartley has been to Lonsdale to meet the team who have been knitting poppies for the big day over the past few months.
