West Midlands Police have teamed up with an organisation called 'Volunteer it Yourself'. They work with young people to give them trade skills such as painting and decorating and carpentry.
Over the past few weeks they've helped transform a Coventry sports club as 蜜芽传媒 CWR's Ushma Mistry has been finding out.
