For sale: Menu from last days of the Titanic
The menu is from the night of 11 April 1912 - three days before the ship struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic, leading to the loss of 1,500 lives.
Diners had a choice of beef, salmon, and squab.
Andrew Aldridge is the managing director of Henry Aldridge and Son Limited, the auction house organising the sale. He told Newshour's James Coomarasamy more about what was on the Titanic's menu that evening.
