'We all inspire each other'
Ahead of Leicester Tigers Women starting their new campaign in the Premiership Women’s Rugby, the team have been training very hard for the tough season ahead.
But the vast majority of women rugby players are not full time players and work full time jobs alongside playing for their team.
Roisin McBrien plays for Tigers Women and is also a full time administrator. Roisin tells Radio Leicester's Chance Litchfield about how she balances her job with playing rugby, and how her introduction to the sport first came about.
