Operation Sceptre tackles knife crime in Norfolk
School children and shopkeepers are being educated about the dangers of knife crime in Norfolk this week. The police have been carrying out high profile patrols in Norwich, reminding shop staff it's illegal to sell knives to under 18s. The officers working on Operation Sceptre - a nationwide campaign - have also been visiting schools to speak to children about the risks of carrying a knife. Andrew Turner spent time with Patrol Sergeant Gary Owens to find out more.
