From a broken back to a black belt: Lisa's story
A primary school teacher from Sonning Common has proved it’s never too late to follow your dream, whatever the odds.
Six years ago, when she was 40, Lisa Baillie took up Chinese kickboxing. In 2020 a car accident left her with a fractured back, so it’s been a real labour of love and determination to earn her black belt.
