Everton have been deducted 10 points for breaching the profit and sustainability rules set out by the Premier League.

The Blues now sit second from bottom in the table and look to be in for another relegation battle - while the club has already launched an appeal against the severity of the sanction - which is the most severe punishment ever handed out by the top flight.

Everton's Fan Advisory Board has held an emergency meeting and will meet again to talk next steps.
