Kelly Barton from Southport thought her visual impairment would make running difficult and inaccessible.

She ended up getting involved in her local Parkrun and marrying her running guide Mike Leatherbarrow.

Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Clare McDonnell, she said: 鈥淚 felt like there was a little spark quite soon on, but Mike was a bit slower.鈥�

Mike added: 鈥淚 was overwhelmed, and I still do, I always think she鈥檚 too good for me.鈥�
