Victorian “Waxworks” brought to life in Cornish town
People in Lostwithiel have joined together to recreate a performance of Mrs Jarley’s Waxworks. The show was first performed at the Working Men’s Club in 1890 and this modern production in the town was to raise money for the upkeep of the building.
