Jordan Stephens: Why London men need to be vulnerable
What is toxic masculinity?
In 2018, in a personal film for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, Rizzle Kicks' Jordan Stephens said there was a culture of "toxic masculinity" and men are punished for feminine dress codes and mannerisms. He said the lack of intimacy men have with themselves and others "manifests in quite a destructive way", and he spoke out about the numbers of male killings and suicides.
5 years on, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ London's Eddie Nestor has been speaking to Jordan about the nature of "toxic masculinity" now, and why he thinks vulnerability is vital in order for men to connect with each other.
