A woman from Kenilworth has spoken out about her experience of being trapped in an abusive relationship with a man who controlled her every move.

29-yr-old Abby met ex-partner 33-yr-old David Sean Thompson from Warwick on a dating site in 2018 and he soon turned violent.

It took four years to come to court but last month he was convicted of coercive control and given an 18-month jail sentence, suspended for two years.

Abby has been telling 蜜芽传媒 CWR's Georgia Gill her story.
