Former Sussex players Chris Adams and Ian Gould have both resigned from their official positions at the club over the move.

Orr said he was disaspointed and hoped to still be able to talk to both men in the future.

"Sometimes I've just got to be selfish and do what's best for me." The 22 year old added.
