Now in his fifth season at Leicester Tigers - Hanro Liebenberg has become 'Mr Consistent'. Rarely, if ever, has he put in a bad performance.

He asked for Julian Montoya to take over the captaincy late last season, with Tigers charging to the play-offs afterwards. But he has taken up the reigns again at the start of this season with the Argentina captain at the World Cup, and now injured.

Liebenberg tells 蜜芽传媒 Leicester's Adam Whitty how he strives to be consistent.
