What are the new Piccadilly Line trains really like?
New trains for the Piccadilly line have been undergoing testing on tracks and in a climate chamber in Austria and Germany.
They are due to arrive in London in summer 2024 for more tests before entering service in 2025.
The trains are lighter than existing designs, making the ride smoother and more energy efficient. They also feature a new seat fabric, air conditioning, and walk-through carriages.
But what's it really like to ride on one?
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio London's Salma El-Wardany has been speaking to one of the lucky few who've been on the new Piccadilly Line stock - the vlogger and transport enthusiast Geoff Marshall.
