'The residents feel let down and abandoned'
There are calls for changes to licensing conditions in an area where two men were shot in Leicester this week.
It happened on Evington Rd on Wednesday night. The injured men are being treated in hospital and the police investigation continues.
Labour Councillor Rafique Mohammed represents the area on the city council.
He explained to Ady Dayman that antisocial behaviour has been worrying local residents for a while.
