Over the last few year's, we've been hearing about the amazing bravery of one Warwickshire Mum, Naomi Rees Issitt.

Naomi set up the Our Jay Foundation, and has raised funds for over 100 defibrillators, since losing her son Jamie after a cardiac arrest.

A special concert is due to take place at Rugby Theatre, marking what would have been Jamie's 20th birthday.
