Mum and dad "heartbroken" at CQC maternity report
The parents of baby boy who died at the Royal Derby Hospital say they're heartbroken lessons weren't learned from his death. It follows a Care Quality Commission report into maternity services at the trust.
Hannah and Tim Taylor-Smith's son Zachary died in November 2022 after suffering from a Group Strep B infection.
The University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust says it's supporting the coroner's inquiries so the family can get full answers to its concerns.
