Rogue Landlords: “people feel unsafe going out”
Liverpool Landlords who allow their properties to be used for criminal activity could be put out of business by a new council-run task force.
The landlords being targeted are people who might be storing or growing drugs in their properties, or exploiting their tenants.
Those types of crimes can have a huge impact on communities - but tenants and neighbours might be too scared to speak up.
