Bus refusal leaves woman humiliated at Sandringham

A woman says she felt humiliated when she was told she couldn't get on a bus in Norfolk - because she had a mobility scooter. Nicola Davis was on holiday at Sandringham when she tried to use a bus, but was refused entry. She tells Chris Goreham more.
