The code breaker who kept her secret for 50 years
Working at the World War II code breaking centre Bletchley Park, Gladys Lewis, from East Yorkshire, typed up transcripts of de-coded Nazi messages. Now, aged 100, Gladys has been awarded the French medal, the Legion d’honneur.
