Redditch businesses' reaction to new drug order
It's a problem that blights many of our towns.
And now, police in Redditch have been given new powers to clamp down on anti-social behaviour, drinking and drugs in the town centre.
The town's Conservative administration approved a new public space protection order - a legal ban on behaviour in church green, the Kingfisher centre, and surrounding shops.
The PSPO would make it an offence to refuse, when asked by a police or council officer, to surrender alcohol, intoxicating substances, or to leave the area for a set period of time.
But how bad have things got, and will it make a difference?
