This year the 'Sheepy Ploughing Xmas Tractor Run' is raising funds for three causes, Birmingham Children's hospital, the Air Ambulance and Len's light.
Len's Light, was set up by Lynda and Andy Eadon. They lost their son Leonard, to suicide.
Their work supports charities in helping people in rural communities, to feel less isolated and alone.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Dan Sambell, has been speaking to Lynda, and heard why the charity event, is important to them.
If you need support, search for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ action line, bbc.co.uk/actionline.
