Bong! One hundred years of broadcasting Big Ben
A hundred years ago on New Year's Eve, the hourly bongs from Big Ben were first aired on the radio.
It was the first time anyone outside London could hear them, and started a daily tradition for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
