Former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg discusses the impact of VAR on the safety of referees.

He tells 5 Live鈥檚 Adrian Chiles that if match officials aren鈥檛 given the authority to do their job in 鈥渁 safe environment鈥�, the number of referees could decline in the future.
