Albrighton waste manager guilty of shredder death
A waste company boss from Albrighton is to be sentenced on 15th December, after being found guilty of manslaughter last week. 29 year-old David Willis fell into a shredder and was killed in September 2018.
Brian Timmins of Timmins Waste Services in Wolverhampton was also found guilty of corporate manslaughter.
