Shoppers in Leicester got an extra festive treat as they were surprised to see Eurovision star Sam Ryder busking at the clock tower.

The 'Space Man' singer is in the 'closest ever' battle for Christmas Number One, as he tries to take the top spot from current leaders Wham! with his new song 'You're Christmas to Me.'
