NYE fireworks: How fake tickets caused 'absolute chaos'
London's New Years Eve fireworks display was spectacular for many but some have been described them as "absolute chaos" after dozens of people claim they paid for a ticket, but couldn't get in to see it. Footage shared on social media show huge crowds, with some saying they were refused entry and had to watch from streets away. City Hall said there were strict security policies in place and is sorry if anyone was unable to enjoy the evening.
