Thai balcony fall survivor from Coventry vows to walk again
Twelve months since a crowd-funder raised more than £73,000 to bring her home, Maddi, has been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Marian McNamee about her future.
The 22-year-old whose life had been turned upside down, spent months on bed rest in hospital and says she still experiences pain "like tattoo needles 24 hours a day" despite being on a "never ending list" of painkillers. She's now appealing for a surgeon to remove a metal plate from her back that was put in her after the fall.
