Matt Pink from Bedford, turned to drink following the death of his baby son and the collapse of his marriage.
But he's now been sober for over 3 years and is hoping more people will take part in Dry January.
Matt is now an alcohol-free coach, best selling author, and also co-founded the Dryy app.
