Drumming at 90: "I thought I'd better keep moving"

90-year-old Barbara McInnis has been taking drumming lessons from Simply Red's Chris Joyce - and she's giving him a serious run for his money.

Barbara says she started drumming as a way to keep fit after retiring, although it was initially limited to tapping on pots and pans whilst cooking. Playing with ukelele groups inspired her to get proper lessons with Chris at his Morecambe school. "It's been a joy to be taught by him" Barbara told 5 Live Drive's Tony Livesey.

Chris says Barbara has great natural rhythm and is an inspiration.

"We've got a saying in my house now - 'Be like Babs'".
