This weekend sees 'Sunshine Saturday', apparently the day many people start thinking about our next holiday, maybe even booking it.

The first Saturday after Christmas and New Year was given the moniker by the UK travel industry, and is typically one of the busiest days of the year for holiday bookings, with double the amount of holiday bookings than any other day of the year.

So how do you get a good holiday deal on peak booking day?
