The "poo map" of Berkshire sewage discharges
Data shows there have already been hundreds of sewage discharges into Berkshire's waterways in 2024.
Thames Water says it happens at times of heavy or continued rainfall, when the sewer system can't always cope with the extra volume.
A group of academics in Oxford created a real-time sewage discharge map, showing which areas are affected and when. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's Kirsten O'Brien speaks to them about their "poo map" of Berkshire.
