Race across the Atlantic: World's 'toughest' row
In mid-December, four Royal Navy Submariners set off on a 3,000 mile race across the Atlantic Ocean to Antigua.
The crew are working with a number of charities to raise money for mental health provision and wellbeing support for submariners and their families.
John Acres spoke with Ian Allen as he and his teammates were in the lead.
