Laura Adlington: "There's a lot of overcompensating that you do as a bigger person"

Laura Adlington, the Great British Bake Off 2020 runner up, tells Naga Munchetty why she doesn't let her weight define how she looks or what she wears.

The body positivity coach said she found herself overcompensating for her weight.

"There's a lot of overcompensating that you do as a bigger person.

"Because people do think that being fat is a moral failing", she added.

Laura said how she's keen to not dress a certain way that taps into the 'fat stereotype'.

"If I dressed in trackies and t-shirts with holes and stains in, you'd say I was a slob".
