A cold weather health warning remains in place across the East Midlands.

It's the first cold snap of 2024 and it means that we've all had to take precautions to keep safe, and warm.

With temperatures expected to remain below freezing for at least the next 10 days or so, Sophia Hartley's been speaking to a group of experts to make sure your ahead of the curve when it comes to the cold weather.
