RAF Cosford's John Stanbridge is a member of the GB Bobsleigh team, about to compete in the world cup in Switzerland.
He tells 蜜芽传媒 Radio Shropshire how he first fell in love with the sport, despite a 50mph crash last year where he broke his neck.
