Traditionally, men are not great at talking about what's on their mind. Russ Trent, founder of 'Boars in the Woods', is encouraging men in the BCP area to simply sit in the woods and share the issues they may be facing.

'Boars in the Woods' run alongside Little Bear Woods, which is a forest school for children to learn and connect with nature.
