From 2025 onwards, Colchester Zoo will become a zoological society and a charitable trust as part of its expansion plans, which includes new conservation projects, improved habitats and a larger car park. Andy Moore is the Director of Science, Education and Training at Colchester Zoo and has been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Essex about the reason for the change in their name.
