Paul Gorton from The Traitors says being on the programme was 鈥榤ore stressful than having a kid.鈥�

The Traitors contestant Paul Gorton spoke to 5 Live Breakfast鈥檚 Rick Edwards about his time on the show.

When quizzed by Rick on his 鈥渧illainous but brilliant鈥� persona, Paul said it was a character all along.

Taking weeks away from his family and with an 18-month-old baby at home at the time of filming, Paul thought, 鈥淕reat, I鈥檓 going to have some lie-ins.鈥�

鈥淚t didn鈥檛 work that way,鈥� he said. 鈥淚t was more stressful than having a kid.鈥�
